✨ IC Community Weekly #19
ft. Mexican Summer turning 15, Ransom Note hitting Glastonbury, new music from Rodeo Boys, Ratboys, May Rio and Pickle Darling, tour dates, industry events & more!
Hey and welcome to a new edition of IC Community Weekly!
Festival season is well and truly upon us and the jewel in its crown, Glastonbury, finds hundreds of thousands of music lovers from across the world once again descending upon the green fields of Worthy Farm in Somerset. We’re not there this year but if you are and can get phone signal for long enough to read this, be sure to check out the events our friends at Ransom Note are taking part in across the weekend. Tonight at Stonebridge bar, the self described “accidental dance music stage” in The Park area of the festival, Ally Tropical, Rosie Ama and Matt Cowell are playing between 5pm and 7pm. And, on Sunday, they’re teaming up with Hackney pub The Gun for a “Silver Hayes takeover” at The Loving Arms bar from noon to 7pm.
In others news, our friends at Fire Talk are expanding in the UK and Europe and you can now shop their freshly minted UK web store with new & improved local shipping rates and goods now shipping directly from their new facility in the UK.
Finally, the folks over at Get Better Records are holding a Pride Sale site-wide where you get 20% off everything in their store for the rest of the month so do check that out.
Lots going on then, but keep scrolling to meet the newest IC catalogs, see new releases and signings, upcoming gigs, industry events, and more!
